What you can achieve:

• First point of contact at the reception of our customers
• Welcoming visitors and guests
• Check-in/Check-out
• Telephone operation
• Handling administrative tasks
• Various security duties 

What you bring:

• Willingness to work night shifts
• High independence, performance capability, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Neat appearance
• Good manners, communicative, friendly demeanor
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form (additional languages are an advantage)
• Good PC user skills
• Completed vocational training or equivalent education
• Impeccable reputation (check of debt enforcement and criminal record extracts)
• Swiss citizen, C permit, EU/EFTA B permit or G permit
• Ideally commercial background and/or experience in the hotel industry
