Health Specialist EFZ (m/f/d) Psychiatry Pool Assignments 20-100%

To strengthen our psychiatric nursing pool in Eastern Switzerland, we are looking for motivated Health Specialists EFZ (m/f/d). You can expect varied assignments in different psychiatric institutions where you can apply your expertise purposefully, get to know new work environments, and make an important contribution to the care of people with mental illnesses.

Requirements Profile

• Completed training as a Health Specialist (EFZ) with experience in psychiatric nursing (SRK recognition is required for qualifications obtained abroad)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as the ability to work independently
• Willingness for short-term day assignments in various services and institutions

Tasks

• Taking on flexible assignments in various psychiatric institutions during early, late, or night shifts - tailored to your availability
• Professional care, support, and accompaniment of people with various mental illnesses
• Supporting existing nursing teams and contributing to high-quality patient care
• Working in various psychiatric specialist areas and taking on diverse nursing and caregiving tasks
• Promoting the independence, resources, and quality of life of patients
• Careful observation, documentation, and communication of relevant changes in health status
• Trustful collaboration with qualified nursing professionals and other interprofessional groups

• Flexible scheduling with a workload that optimally adapts to your personal availability
• Varied assignments in different psychiatric institutions and specialist areas in Eastern Switzerland
