Customer Service Employee / Service Reception
Your tasks
- Friendly reception and competent advice for our customers regarding their vehicles
- Planning and coordination of workshop appointments, replacement vehicles and external services
- Preparation of cost estimates, orders and invoices
- Transparent explanation of the work performed and invoices upon vehicle return
- Maintenance of customer data and vehicle documents
- Input and monitoring of warranty claims
Your profile
- Technical training in the automotive sector and professional experience advantageous
- Further training as a customer service advisor, technical business administrator or similar desirable
- Customer-oriented, reliable and independent personality
- Organisational talent with high work quality and resilience
- Enjoyment of customer contact and enthusiasm for the automotive industry
- Very good German skills, French skills advantageous
- Driving licence category B present
