Responsibilities

• Analysis, optimisation, and further development of processes within the technical service
• Identification of improvement potentials and active shaping of efficient, standardised procedures
• Ensuring the processing of workflows, operational data, orders, and invoices
• Support in controlling the maintenance budget as well as in evaluations and reporting
• Execution of specialist tasks in SAP as well as general administrative duties

Requirements

• Commercial basic training with further education in process management or process optimisation
• Several years of professional experience in process management, process optimisation, or a comparable function
• Good SAP knowledge as well as experience with budgeting, key figures, reporting, and data analysis
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel, as well as a strong affinity for numbers and analytical thinking
• Independent, reliable, and structured personality with a high affinity for systems, organisational talent, and assertiveness
