Polymechanic – Service Technician for Service and Installation Assignments

Activities

Analyse, resolve and document complaints in a traceable manner
Undertake internal as well as worldwide service and repair assignments
Coordinate work directly on site with the customer
Technically support product analyses in quality and development
Specifically optimise service and installation processes

Requirements

Technical apprenticeship as a polymechanic or equivalent
Experience in installation or technical service in an industrial company
Good German skills as well as English skills at B2 level
Confident user knowledge of MS Office
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally about 30 percent of the time
