To strengthen our team, we are looking for you: a committed, service-oriented and skilled craftsman as Workshop Manager | Certified Bicycle Mechanic at Thömus AG.
Your tasks – You make a difference:
- You manage the workshop and are responsible for your small team.
- You enjoy sharing your knowledge and training apprentices.
- You carry out service, repair and maintenance work on customer bikes.
- You work independently and with a customer focus.
- You skilfully meet customer requests as a service provider and keep an overview even in hectic situations.
- You record, coordinate and process orders routinely using our digital tools.
- You share our commitment to providing every customer with the perfect bike – technically flawless and individually tailored.
- You have a certain flair for sales and enjoy customer contact.
Your profile – what you bring:
- You have completed training as a Certified Bicycle Mechanic or hold an equivalent qualification.
- You have completed the trainer course or are willing to do so.
- You share our interest in bicycles and enjoy riding yourself.
- You have a strong interest in technology and are keen to contribute to the further development of Thömus bikes.
- You work independently, carefully and flexibly – even when things get hectic, you keep an overview and pitch in.
- Teamwork, reliability and a shared goal are natural to you – you are motivated to develop yourself and the team further.
