YOUR TASKS

• Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial statements, commenting on monthly reports as well as analysing and interpreting the cost centre and cost unit accounting of the clinics
• Providing and validating reports, analyses and dashboards for managing the business and profitability for the finance director, performance management and the operational management
• Carrying out the planning and budgeting process in the clinics (OPEX and CAPEX)
• Timely delivery of financial and performance statistics according to legal and group-wide requirements (ITAR_K, BfS, PSA et al.) and assisting with Rekole certifications and audits
• Supporting the clinics in calculating business plans, maintaining master data for cost centre and cost unit accounting, as well as participating in projects and benchmarking

YOUR PROFILE

• Professional/university degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on controlling
  
• Professional experience in controlling (ideally in healthcare) is an advantage
  
• Strong analytical thinking skills, communication skills and flexibility
• Reliable, precise and punctual working style as well as a high degree of proactivity, independence and teamwork
• Very good IT skills (MS Excel, SAP advantageous, BI)
• Very good German skills, English skills advantageous
