A leading international energy company is seeking an Assistant Demurrage Analyst for an interim assignment based in Geneva.

Description
Main Responsibilities
- Support the Demurrage Analyst in classifying claims documents.
- Assist in preparing claim-related outputs and ensuring timely submission.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of documentation received from internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and update internal tracking tools, databases, and filing systems.
- Liaise with internal teams (operations, trading, legal) to gather missing information when needed.
- Contribute to the analysis of demurrage claims, helping identify discrepancies or missing data.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of documentation workflows and processes.
Profile
Requirements
- Good knowledge of claims documentation.
- From 1 to 3 years of experience working with Claims or shipping documents.
- Fluency in French and English
- Ability to work independently while being an effective team player.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
