WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE WITH US
- You ensure financial clarity and reliability
You manage financial and operational accounting, are responsible for budgets, forecasts, and annual financial statements, and ensure that all requirements of the commissioning bodies are met. - You create transparency and control security
You design, optimize, and transform accounting processes – as a reliable basis for sound financial decisions across the entire foundation. - You combine impact and cost-effectiveness
With clear controlling of finances and personnel, you provide decision-making foundations and make key figures and results usable. - You are our voice on financial matters
You represent the foundation competently internally and externally, communicate transparently, and maintain relationships with authorities and other stakeholders – aiming to secure trust, support, and cooperation. - You drive digitalization and further development
You further develop industry applications and use digitalization to simplify, standardize, and ensure quality in financial processes. - You lead the financial processes
You take on the professional leadership of the small admin team in financial processes and ensure efficient workflows, high data quality, and reliable internal support.
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
- Education and training in finance and experience in a comparable role
- Several years of practice in financial and operational accounting as well as controlling
- Confidence in preparing financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER
- Experience in social or healthcare sectors is an advantage
- Analytical, strategic thinking and pragmatic, solution-oriented action
- Assertiveness with a bit of grit
- A humorous personality with an empathetic heart for encounters with residents and relatives

Stiftung Scalottas in Scharans is located in sunny Domleschg, 25 km from Chur. The beautifully situated competence center with views of Heinzenberg and Piz Beverin offers 12 children and 73 adults with disabilities care and support tailored to their needs, schooling, employment, therapy, and living spaces.
