The Lucerne Höhenklinik Montana is the rehabilitation clinic of the Berner Klinik Montana Foundation, with accredited programmes for pulmonary and cardiovascular rehabilitation as well as a department for psychosomatics. Another focus is the certified sleep analysis centre. The clinic is located at 1500 m altitude on the sunny plateau of Crans-Montana in central Valais. German and French are spoken in the professional environment.

Nurse Specialist / Ward Manager

As ward manager, you play a key role in organising and managing nursing activities in the rehabilitation clinic.
Your tasks
- You actively participate in leading the nursing team (planning, support, supervision, prioritisation)
- You ensure the quality and safety of nursing care in compliance with standards, protocols and institutional requirements
- You contribute to the development, optimisation and harmonisation of nursing processes
- You support the teams on site and intervene in complex situations
- You promote a positive working atmosphere and constructive team dynamics
- You work closely with the nursing management and other clinic executives
- You contribute to the development, optimisation and harmonisation of nursing processes
Your profile
- Bachelor of Science HES-SO in nursing or equivalent qualification (Red Cross recognition for foreign diplomas)
- At least 5 years of professional experience in nursing, ideally in rehabilitation
- Proven experience in team management
- Management training (or in progress) is an advantage
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to make decisions, manage priorities and handle complex situations
- Native French or German speaker with good knowledge of the other language
