Ticket Inspector between 80 and 100%

As a ticket inspector, you play a key role in building trust with our customers. Thanks to your thoroughness and interpersonal skills, you ensure the rules are applied while providing information, support, and presence on the ground. Your mission is not limited to inspection: you actively contribute to safety, service quality, and the image of our company.

Do you recognise yourself in the following?

• You have completed your certified professional training with a CFC and have 2 to 5 years of professional experience in direct contact with the public
• You enjoy teamwork and interacting with customers
• You speak French or German fluently and are able to communicate in the partner language (knowledge of English is an asset)
• Flexible, you appreciate working irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
• You are comfortable using a smartphone and other mobile applications
• Thanks to your calm and confidence, you defuse potential conflict situations
• Previous experience in public transport is an advantage

• You issue reports for travellers without valid tickets
• You maintain full confidentiality regarding the persons concerned
• You inform travellers about tickets, timetables, and sales channels
