- You are responsible for the smooth and efficient running of production during your shift and ensure break replacements and shift handovers
- You act as the first point of contact for employees during the shift and proactively support with any problems or queries
- You are the pilot of our modern high-tech filling systems for innovative specialties
- You love the craft side of your profession
- You ensure a smooth production process with high performance
- You actively and effectively support our sustainability initiative in this position
- You carry out process and quality controls
- Compliance with our standards and hygiene regulations is important and self-evident to you
- You document production data carefully and transparently
- You assist with maintenance and repair work
Your Profile
- Professional training with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) in a technical field, as a LMT or a comparable qualification
- Enjoyment in working with modern high-tech production equipment
- Appreciation for our high-quality raw materials and end products
- High quality and sense of responsibility
- Team spirit, flexibility and commitment
- Independent, careful and reliable working style
- Willingness to work shifts
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
