starting 01.11.2026 or by arrangement
Senior Physician in Pneumology 50-100% (Job Sharing Possible)
- Conducting pneumological consultations and providing advisory support to colleagues under the leadership of the Chief Physician of Pneumology
- Independent execution of broad pneumological and sleep medicine assessments as well as interventions in both outpatient and inpatient settings
- Development and further advancement of interdisciplinary collaboration and maintaining contact with referring doctors and hospitals
- Participation in emergency and weekend duties of the medical clinic including the emergency department
- Active involvement in the training and education of assistant doctors and students in a certified pneumology training centre
- Interdisciplinary patient-centred boards (including tumour board)
- Participation in outpatient pulmonary rehabilitation
- Completed specialist training as a pneumologist or near completion, or already applied for MEBEKO recognition of foreign equivalence
- Several years of solid practical experience in the specialty is an advantage
- Cooperative, open and team-oriented behaviour
- Sleep medicine certification is an advantage
- Initial experience in bronchoscopy and interventional pneumology
- Native German or French speaker (or equivalent diploma) with basic knowledge of the other language
