Specialized Care: Group Leadership Recovery Room HER, VES, THO, VIS, TRA 80-100%

Your Main Tasks

We are expanding our leadership team and are looking for a second leadership personality in the recovery room for the specialties of cardiac, vascular, thoracic, visceral surgery, and traumatology who want to shape the future together with the department management. As group leaders, you work closely together – each with their own area of responsibility for 10 - 12 FTE. Together you lead a team of around 22 employees.

Your tasks in shared responsibility:

• Professional and personal development of the teams
• Ensuring high nursing and quality standards
• Co-design and active participation in the Shared Governance Team 
• Strategic and operational planning in the area of responsibility
• Participation in the implementation of the USZ Strategy 2030

You bring with you:  

• Degree as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH with completed NDK or equivalent further training and several years of professional experience
