Your Tasks
- You are responsible for the comprehensive management and careful implementation of the entire nursing process, as well as the continuous review and improvement of procedures. In doing so, you efficiently coordinate the distribution of tasks within the interdisciplinary team with professionals of various qualifications.
- Independent and professionally skilled action characterises you especially in complex medical cases or challenging care situations, where you competently carry out both nursing and medically delegated measures.
- With great empathy and a keen sense, you focus your attention on the individual needs of the residents and their relatives and sensitively accompany them through important decision-making processes.
- In phases of stressful illness courses or acute crisis situations, you act as a reliable contact person who supports residents and their families with human warmth and professional assistance.
Our Requirements
- The basis of your qualification is a successfully completed education as a certified nursing specialist at tertiary level, either HF or FH.
- Your broad practical experience in geriatrics, inpatient long-term care, and acute care underlines your solid professional competence.
- Your resilient, empathetic, and understanding nature significantly contributes to strong team spirit and valuable social competence.
- Secure and clear communication in everyday professional life is achieved thanks to your very good German skills in spoken and written form, at least at B2 level.
