CNC Lathe Operator-Setter

For our partner, a Swiss family business renowned for its expertise in watch decoration and surface treatment in the canton of Neuchâtel, we are looking for a

Your responsibilities:

• Ensure loading and start-up of production on 2-3 axis Okuma CNC machines
• Program directly on the control, in ISO
• Carry out basic equipment adjustments to guarantee the conformity of parts, in compliance with control instructions
• Ensure production monitoring and self-inspection of produced parts
• Correct programmes directly on the control in case of drift or necessary adjustment
• Handle routine troubleshooting interventions
• Ensure compliance with defined quantity and quality standards

Your profile:

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma as a production mechanic or significant equivalent experience
• Proven experience on Okuma machines and controls (2-3 axis CNC turning)
• Mastery of ISO programming on control
• Experience in batch changes, including setting up fixtures and tooling
• Rigorous, reliable, autonomous profile, while appreciating team spirit
