- Operational responsibility & troubleshooting for the operation during your shift
- Scheduling, leading & coaching about 6 - 8 employees per shift
- Preparing daily accounts including daily closing
- Daily completion of minor administrative tasks
- Ordering & goods receipt including delivery note control
- Recording the monthly inventory
- Taking over an employee shift at regular intervals
