• Management of electronic access system (KABA) approx. 30%
• Electrical installations as well as maintenance of building infrastructure
• General maintenance and troubleshooting of technical systems
• Management of facility management software
• Support/coordination of external companies within the scope of duties
• On-call duty, including weekends

• Completed vocational training, preferably electrician EFZ
• Possession or willingness to obtain the permit as a company electrician according to Art. 13 NIV
• Independent and precise working method
• Quick comprehension and initiative
• Enjoy working in a team
