How you advance KPMG
- Support the implementation of our Development Centers – from design, briefing the participants, conducting the assessments to reviewing the reports
- Maintain regular exchange with your business stakeholders to ensure the ongoing development and success of our learning offerings at KPMG
- Act as a learning expert for our business, analyze their training and development needs, translate these into appropriate learning offerings, and identify effective learning content and methods
- Create modern and effective learning formats on our digital Learning Experience platform
- Coordinate and create workshops and trainings
Why you are successful
- Bachelor's degree in economics, psychology, or a comparable field of study
- 1-3 years of professional experience in personnel development, ideally in a large company or consulting environment
- Professional handling of stakeholders at all levels
- Organized, flexible, and communicative personality who enjoys constant interaction with people
- Experience in analyzing relevant learning content in coordination with business requirements
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Excellent German and English skills, French skills are a plus
