What to expect
- You take responsibility for a strategically important product area in the CRM and sales operations environment
- You shape the further development of your product area holistically – from the vision through the roadmap to implementation in operations
- You set clear priorities and ensure that your solutions are stable, economical, and future-proof
- You are responsible for the continuous development of our Core CRM Platform including scalability, stability, and technical progress
- You operate in an environment with high relevance for sales, customer service, and customer data management
- You work closely with cross-functional IT teams, external partners, and relevant stakeholders, effectively bringing business and tech together
- You ensure that user needs, technical feasibility, and business value come together in product development
- You actively develop key capabilities around Customer 360°, Insights & Reporting, Customer Service, Sales Processes, and B2B Account Management
- You actively shape reliable and scalable integrations with relevant surrounding systems such as ERP, telephony, chat, and BI
- You drive the build-up and further development of a robust, cross-system data basis for customer data
- You optimize sales-relevant processes end-to-end and develop solutions that really work in everyday life
- You work in a data-driven environment where key figures are actively used for control and further development
- You recognize potentials in automation and AI and translate these together with your team into concrete solutions with added value
- You establish best practices in governance, data quality, and platform-oriented product development
- You actively shape a versatile product landscape with high impact potential and plenty of room for design
What you bring
- You have a degree in business informatics, computer science, data science, business administration, or a comparable education
- You bring experience from e-commerce or a similarly digital environment, ideally in product management with a focus on CRM, sales operations, or customer service
- You have a solid understanding of CRM platforms as well as sales-related business processes; knowledge of BSI CRM is an advantage
- You have experience in the further development of stable, integrated, and scalable systems with high data relevance
- You are familiar with agile software development in practice and work confidently with methods like Scrum and Kanban
- You think networked and understand the interplay of business, tech, data, and user needs
- You work analytically, conceptually strong, as well as structured and solution-oriented
- You have experience with KPI-based management and make product decisions based on data
- You handle common AI and LLM tools confidently and bring experience in prompting
- You convince with strong communication skills, empathy, and confidence in dealing with different stakeholders
- You enjoy recognizing potentials and deriving concrete, effective improvements from them
