Dispatcher 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

As a dispatcher, you are the central hub between our customers, fitters, and project managers. You ensure timely order processing with all relevant documents and check the feasibility of incoming orders. Your tasks include the demand-oriented scheduling of installation teams as well as the detailed planning of work packages. You ensure communication with internal and external contacts and maintain close exchange with construction and project managers, fitters, and customers. As the first point of contact for our customers, you professionally handle appointment changes or fault reports.

What do I need to be successful?

• Preferably French and German speaking

• Technical qualification (EFZ) or commercial qualification (EFZ) with an affinity for technology

• Experience in planning and administration

• Very good MS Office skills

• Structured and independent working style

• Assertiveness and reliability

• Planning and organisational skills

• Communicative, customer-oriented and flexible
