About the job
Your Tasks
- Active participation in the development and implementation of internal payroll processes as well as their continuous improvement
- Independent execution and assurance of the monthly payroll processing
- Processing of all payroll-relevant changes as well as entries and exits
- Responsibility for absence management including sickness, accident, maternity and EO
- Handling and control of sickness and accident daily allowances as well as continued salary payments
- Support and maintenance of time management in Polypoint PEP
- Management of social insurances and collaboration with insurance companies, authorities and social insurance carriers in UKA Solutions
- Contact person for employees, managers and HR regarding questions about payroll, absences and time management
- Execution of monthly and year-end tasks as well as preparation of reports
- Participation in the optimisation and digitalisation of HR, payroll and absence processes
Your Profile
- Commercial training with further education in HR, payroll or social insurances
- Experience in building or further developing payroll processes as well as a strong affinity for processes and systems is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in payroll and/or absence management
- Good knowledge of the Swiss social insurance system
- Experience with Polypoint PEP and UKA Solutions is an advantage
- Very good IT and MS Office skills
- Precise, independent and reliable working style as well as a strong numerical understanding
- Service-oriented, communicative and discreet personality
- Experience in healthcare is an advantage
