About the job
Your Tasks
- Professional and disciplinary leadership, deployment planning and continuous development of the logistics team
- Ensuring timely and demand-oriented material supply for production as well as responsibility for goods receipt, warehouse, internal material flows and shipping
- Management of daily operations through shopfloor management and ensuring smooth logistics operations
- Continuous optimisation of logistics processes, material flows and inventory using lean and CIP methods
- Introduction and further development of logistics KPIs as well as participation in digitalisation, automation and investment projects
- Ensuring compliance with GMP, quality and safety requirements as well as support during audits and official inspections
- Maintenance of logistics standards and SOPs as well as close cooperation with production, purchasing, planning, quality and engineering
Our Requirements
- Completed training in logistics, supply chain or a comparable field; further training in logistics management is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in operational logistics as well as experience in leading and developing employees
- Sound understanding of warehouse logistics, material flows and production supply
- Experience in a regulated production environment (e.g. pharmaceuticals, chemicals, medical technology or food) is an advantage
- Confident handling of ERP systems, ideally SAP
- Strong leadership and communication skills as well as a structured, solution-oriented and hands-on working style
- Knowledge of lean management and CIP as well as a hazardous goods qualification or willingness to acquire one complete your profile
