About the job

• central point of contact for all concerns regarding the teaching assignments of external lecturers
• creation, control and administrative management of the teaching assignments
• coordination with module coordinators and other involved parties

• setup and maintenance of semester and module structures in ILIAS
• ensuring the required access rights and supporting users
• collaboration with the Centre for Learning, Teaching and Research (ZLLF) as well as the e-learning coordinators of the Office for New Learning Media
• participation in relevant specialist and exchange meetings
• contribution to the further development and optimisation of the learning platform

• administrative support and evaluation of attendance lists
• responsibility for the content and management of the MyCampus and HSLU Education websites in cooperation with Marketing & Communication
• creation and dispatch of room and resource reservation overviews to the module coordinators
• administrative and technical support at information events, taster days and induction days
• collaboration on further administrative tasks and projects in study operations

• commercial apprenticeship EFZ or equivalent training
• several years of professional experience in the education or health sector advantageous
• high service orientation and social skills as well as structured, independent and reliable working style
• proficient use of MS Office and IT systems (CRM, Evento advantageous)
• quick comprehension and resilience
