For the upcoming winter season from 2nd December or by arrangement until 21st April 2027 or longer if desired, we are looking to complement our Mühle Service Team: Committed and team-oriented service staff m/f.

Our profile
- Family-run rustic house with charm and a personal atmosphere in the Valais style. Well-frequented à-la-carte restaurant with an international regular clientele in a prime location.
The restaurant has 60 indoor seats, an après-ski bar on the terrace in winter, and 30 terrace seats in summer. Three double rooms, for whose guests we serve breakfast in the morning, are also located in our house. Our menu offers simple dishes from Swiss cuisine, creations of various classic seasonal and regional specialties as well as beefsteak tartare prepared at the table up to Chateau Briand. Our demanding and international guests in winter are just as well served as the simple hiker who visits our house for relaxation in summer. The offer is rounded off by a variety of selected Valais wines.
Our Mühle team consists of 15 people as follows: Two people in management. Six people in the kitchen. Two housekeepers/buffet staff as well as four service employees and one all-rounder service/buffet.
Your profile
- You have training in the hospitality industry and/or have already gained professional experience in service. With your confident manner and warm charisma, you inspire our guests and feel comfortable even in hectic situations. You are used to working independently. It is advantageous if you speak French in addition to German and English.
- We offer contemporary employment conditions in a lively team, studios available. (According to the Swiss collective labour agreement for the hospitality industry) Five-day week.
