Plant Operator (m/f/d)

We are looking for our client, a well-known company in the Winterthur (ZH) region, for an immediate start or by arrangement, a motivated and reliable individual as a Plant Operator.

Your tasks:

• Control processes: You operate automated production and packaging systems safely, load them with material, and always keep the ongoing operation under control.

• Ensure flow: You monitor production, make targeted parameter adjustments, and thus guarantee an uninterrupted material flow.

• Prevent downtime: In case of minor malfunctions, you intervene directly on site, promptly resolve the cause, and maintain high plant availability.

Your profile:

• Foundation: Technical basic training or several years of proven experience with complex industrial plants.

• Intellect & foresight: Strong technical understanding, a forward-thinking mindset, and quick responsiveness.

• Attitude: High safety and hygiene awareness as well as an independent working style.
