About the job
Head Business Advisory 100%- You lead and develop the Business Advisory team with 8 employees in the German-speaking part of Switzerland and promote their professional and personal development.
- You bear overall responsibility for handling complex tenders and creating customer-oriented proposal solutions.
- You are responsible for strategic market development in the Real Estate Investors segment and maintain relationships at C-Level.
- You develop customised facility management solutions and service packages for demanding clients.
- You acquire and manage strategic customers and accompany large projects from opportunity identification to contract conclusion.
- You work closely with Commercial, Operations, Business Development and Marketing and leverage synergies for convincing customer solutions.
- You monitor market trends, assess opportunities and derive concrete recommendations for action.
- You have a degree in business administration, engineering or a comparable qualification with relevant further training.
- You have several years of leadership and sales experience within the facility management industry.
- You know the Swiss market as well as the real estate and asset management landscape very well.
- You convince through entrepreneurial thinking, negotiation skills and a strong sense for market opportunities.
- You bring strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a high implementation orientation.
- You speak fluent German and have good English skills. French and Italian are an advantage.
