Team Leader Air Freight (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Accept, schedule and organise orders

• Coordinate goods transport on time and according to demand

• Lead, support and further develop the team professionally

• Ensure order documentation and administrative transport processing

• Create offers and invoices and support customers as well as freight forwarders

• Handle complaints and damage cases

• Comply with safety regulations and BAZL guidelines and support the implementation of QM standards

What do I need to be successful?

• Commercial training in freight forwarding as well as further training at Higher Professional Examination level

• Several years of experience in a comparable role

• Experience in customer service as well as in acquiring new customers

• Team-oriented, customer-friendly personality with a professional appearance
