The Blue Cross Bern-Solothurn-Freiburg is a specialized organization for addiction issues with the areas of work prevention + health promotion, counseling + therapy as well as integration + businesses. Around 90 employees and about 260 volunteers at 13 locations implement the diverse offers, which are financed by service contracts from the cantons as well as donations and contributions from institutions and private individuals.
The networking with the Swiss and International Blue Cross supports innovations and quality assurance. The Blue Cross is politically and denominationally independent.
Our new Bistro kostbarim Blaukreuz-Brocki Thun is an alcohol-free restaurant that functions as a social meeting place and offers spaces for social and professional integration. We are looking for immediately or by arrangement

Area of activity:
- Kitchen responsibility: You take over the creative leadership in the kitchen. This includes the independent planning and preparation of a changing menu as well as seasonal snacks.
- Agogic guidance: You professionally and agogically guide people in integration programs in all kitchen processes, with the clear goal of personal and professional development.
- Goods management: You are responsible for purchasing and managing the goods.
- Offer calculation: You calculate and prepare offers for group inquiries and future catering.
- Hygiene concept: You ensure the implementation of our hygiene concept.
- Team development: You actively participate in team meetings, projects, and the further development of the operation.
Requirements profile:
- Training: You have completed training as a cook EFZ with work experience.
- Culinary passion: You have a passion for creative, seasonal cuisine and are eager to further develop our vegetarian area with new ideas.
- Social commitment: Training or practical experience in work agogy is a great advantage to optimally support and promote our employees. You enjoy accompanying people in challenging life situations.
- Personality: You are an organizationally strong personality who is used to working independently and has high social competence, service orientation, and flexibility.
- Administration: You have good administrative skills and are confident in handling the PC. A category B driving license is an advantage.
- Identification: You identify with our mission statement, are interested in addiction and integration topics, and consciously support the concept of an alcohol-free social meeting place.
