Main tasks
- Independent handling of all personnel administrative processes (entries, exits, contract changes, mutations, work certificates, etc.)
- Support and organisation of all administrative HR processes
- Contact person for employees and managers on operational HR matters
- Support with monthly payroll processing in cooperation with Payroll
- Management of work and residence permits as well as correspondence with authorities, offices, and insurance companies
- Support in handling accident, illness, and daily allowance cases
Education
- Completed commercial basic training as well as further training as an HR assistant
Profile
- 2–3 years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Confident German and French language skills, both spoken and written; good English skills are an advantage
- You are flexible, resilient, and committed with a high level of dedication
- Independent, structured, and careful way of working
- High service orientation, discretion, and organisational talent
- Proactive, resilient, and committed personality
- Very good MS Office skills; experience with Abacus, Bridge and/or Skriba is an advantage
