HR Generalist 50 - 60% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client needs you as an HR Generalist to actively support the team.

• You accompany employees throughout their entire journey in the company - from the first day to the last working day

• Payroll processing is in your hands and you ensure timely, accurate payments

• You manage absences and social security cases professionally while always keeping an overview

• Data quality is your thing: You diligently maintain HR data and create meaningful reports for well-founded decisions

• Together with Finance/Accounting, you take care of account reconciliations and ensure transparency

• You are a competent contact person for managers on all HR questions and actively shape onboarding and offboarding processes

• You get involved in exciting HR projects and drive the further development of processes and systems

What do I need to be successful?

Our client is looking for someone who truly understands and lives HR:

• You have a commercial apprenticeship plus an HR specialist certificate

• At least 3 years of practical experience in HR administration and payroll accounting

• You are enthusiastic about numbers, processes and structured approaches - even when it gets complicated

• You work independently, think solution-oriented and actively tackle challenges instead of waiting

• MS Office and ERP systems are natural tools for you, which you use confidently

• You find digitalisation and AI in the HR environment exciting - you want to be actively involved and try new things

• You communicate confidently at all levels - whether with employees or management, you strike the right tone
