Here you will establish general practice at a well-established location, take over a well-filled patient base, and benefit from a CHF 180,000 fixed salary plus over 40% revenue share.
You will join a growing network of modern group practices with a clear focus on outpatient primary care. Knowledge transfer, interprofessional collaboration, and the further development of medical services are part of the strategic orientation.
At a well-established site in a small-town region of Eastern Switzerland, a well-coordinated paediatric team is already active. The practice has modern premises as well as laboratory, ultrasound, X-ray, and an integrated practice pharmacy. The service is now being specifically expanded to include General Internal Medicine.
The practice group is also investing in digitalised processes and new technological solutions. These include AI-supported functions designed to make administrative procedures more efficient. Doctors can thus focus more on their medical work and the development of their own area.
Your tasks:
- You will establish General Internal Medicine at the location and shape its professional development
- You will take over a well-filled patient base from another practice
- You will independently conduct your general practice consultations
- You will diagnose and treat acute as well as chronic illnesses
- You will take on preventive care, health advice, and initial medical care
- You will use the available diagnostic options and coordinate collaboration with specialists as needed
- You will contribute your ideas to the further development of the general medical offering
Your competencies:
- Specialist title in General Internal Medicine, General Practitioner or General Medicine
- Solid clinical experience and enjoyment of independent general practice medicine
- Interest in building a new medical area and taking on responsibility
- Entrepreneurial thinking and interest in the further development of a successful outpatient practice structure
- German language skills at C1 level
