Your tasks
- Ensure the daily technical management of buildings.
- Guarantee the proper functioning of technical installations (HVAC, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electricity, mechanics, safety and fire protection).
- Manage quotes, orders and maintenance budgets while ensuring cost optimisation.
- Coordinate repair, renovation and improvement projects for installations.
- Participate in organising emergency interventions (alarms, security, fire brigade, police, subcontractors) as well as covering weekends, public holidays and holidays
Your profile
- Several years of professional experience in technical building management or a similar role.
- Technical training (CFC or professional training) is an advantage.
- In-depth basic technical knowledge in HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electricity)
- Strong customer and service focus
- Very good knowledge of French and good proficiency in MS Office
