Toolmaker Mould Making 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Manufacturing & Assembly: You independently manufacture sophisticated injection moulding tools, assemble them, and actively accompany the sampling processes

• Development & Qualification: You participate in feasibility analyses, design the tooling, and qualify new products

• Maintenance: You continuously optimise the tools and take responsibility for maintenance and repair

• Documentation: You ensure that the tool dossiers are complete and properly maintained

• Change Management: You precisely update technical changes in the production drawings

• Continuous Improvement Process (CIP): You actively contribute to tool design and construction approval within the framework of the continuous improvement process

What do I need to be successful?

• Training: Completed basic training as a toolmaker, tool mechanic, polymechanic, or a comparable technical qualification

• Professional Experience: Several years of experience in the precision industry is great, but as a motivated graduate or junior talent you are also welcome - we provide thorough training

• Your Passion: You love working in the micrometre range and have a real flair for the finest precision work - small details really excite you

• Your Personality: You work reliably and independently, but are also a true team player
