Your Future Areas of Responsibility

Together with your team colleagues, you will work either in day shifts or rotating shifts as required and ensure the demanding qualitative and quantitative production standards. These tasks include:

• Setting up and programming injection moulding machines as well as automation systems
• Participating in the entire sampling process and optimising existing production processes
• Ensuring production volumes and recording operational data (e.g. SPC, MDE)
• Supporting the group leader, especially in the induction and training of employees
• Identifying and reporting deviations and ensuring a stable production process
• Co-responsibility for the maintenance and functionality of the equipment

You will also be involved in projects and work closely with the quality assurance, laboratory, toolmaking, and logistics departments.

Your Skills and Competences

• Training as a Plastics Technologist EFZ or setter with many years of experience in injection moulding
• Enthusiasm for injection moulding and MIM technology as well as precise work in the micro area
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system (including possibility for 3-shift system)
• Enjoyment of process optimisation and actively shaping improvements
• Good technical understanding and strong quality awareness
• Confident handling of common IT systems and applications
• Independent working style as well as teamwork in a cross-departmental environment
