About the job
Member of the Executive Board & Deputy to the Managing Director. The foundation, with its approximately 200 employees, sees itself as the centre of expertise for the care, support and promotion of people with complex multiple disabilities. It creates a place to live where interdisciplinary expertise, innovation and human closeness go hand in hand. In this broad-ranging role, you actively influence the strategic direction of the foundation and act as a sparring partner for the Board of Trustees and Executive Board. Together with your team of around 20 employees (Finance, ICT, Infrastructure, Catering and Secretariat), you reconcile social and ethical concerns with business realities. You develop important decision-making bases, drive forward future-oriented changes and sustainably optimise processes and workflows. As an entrepreneurial and implementation-strong personality, you convince with analytical skill, negotiation confidence and high social competence. Your contemporary leadership style, your integrity and your confident demeanour create trust and broad acceptance – both internally and externally.
