The Regional Employment Centre (RAV) ensures competent and comprehensive advice for job seekers, employers, and other official bodies. It supports job seekers in their reintegration process into the labour market with measures from unemployment insurance. A swift and lasting job placement is the main focus.

We are looking for a

Personnel Consultant RAV Heerbrugg (m/f/d)

Workload: 80-100%

Workplace: Heerbrugg

What to expect

• Advising and placing job-seeking individuals
• Conducting and recording counselling sessions
• Developing and agreeing on appropriate reintegration strategies and qualification measures with job seekers
• Collaboration with internal specialist departments (labour market measures logistics, legal service, employer service, etc.)
• Checking compliance with legal requirements and initiating sanctions in cases of abuse
• Handling all administrative tasks related to the activities

What distinguishes you

• Commercial basic training or apprenticeship with commercial further education
• Federal diploma as HR specialist, social insurance specialist, or willingness to undertake further training to become an HR specialist (specialisation B)
• Professional experience in personnel placement, personnel consulting, demanding customer consulting, or close relation to social insurance
• Empathetic and solution-oriented communication with a wide range of interlocutors from various social and cultural backgrounds
• Flexibility and willingness to work at the RAV locations in St.Gallen and Sargans if required
