Real Estate Asset Manager in Zurich (m/f/d)

As a Real Estate Asset Manager for the Eastern/Central Switzerland region - Greater Zurich area, you ensure the representation of the owners of a mixed real estate portfolio and apply your extensive expertise to optimise the performance of the property assets.

Your impact with us

You lead and supervise the appointed property management companies in the role of owner’s representative. Furthermore, you develop individual property strategies, budget targets and are responsible for sustainable cash flow. Additionally, you independently manage single-tenant properties.

Moreover, you analyse rental income (market rents), plan and optimise the repair/maintenance of individual properties and continuously review tenant needs and the energy efficiency of the properties. You also contribute to the further development of internal processes and projects.

You participate in investment projects, integrate new properties into the portfolio and issue and are responsible for the corresponding marketing and initial leasing mandates. You actively maintain contact with key tenants, single tenants and other market participants.

Your profile

• Advanced professional training in real estate management (e.g. Swiss federal diploma as real estate trustee SVIT, MAS Real Estate Management or similar)
• Very good knowledge in property management, marketing and valuation as well as good IT user skills
• Several years of professional experience in managing residential and commercial buildings
• High sense of responsibility, initiative, confident appearance and strong negotiation skills as well as a team player
• Native German speaker
