About the job

Your new job
- You analyse and structure professional requirements together with the specialist departments and back office and translate these into viable IT solutions
- You design and develop customer journeys and business processes within our core banking system
- You develop, operate and automate our specialist applications and ensure their continuous further development
- You apply modern software engineering principles and actively shape our transformation towards DevOps
What we benefit from
- You have a solid education in computer science (FH, university or equivalent) and bring good theoretical foundations in software development, data structures and software engineering
- You want to familiarise yourself with the topic of cards/accounts
- You have initial experience in software development and are interested in software engineering as well as business analysis
- You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written (Level C1)
- You are curious, courageous and ready to continuously familiarise yourself with new technical and banking topics
- You work independently, in a structured manner and take responsibility for your solutions
- You appreciate interdisciplinary collaboration and communicate appropriately for the audience – both with IT colleagues and with employees from the specialist departments
