The Zug Canton Hospital is dedicated to the health of the population of the Canton of Zug and the surrounding regions. Around 1,200 employees, including 180 in training and further education, work in various areas. Every year, we treat and care for over 11,500 inpatients and more than 70,000 outpatients. In the interdisciplinary emergency centre, more than 27,500 people are treated annually. For our Finance Department, we are looking for a Controller from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.Your Tasks
- Preparation of quarterly and monthly reports for clinics and other areas and support of clinical departments in their financial matters
- Support in the development and further advancement of a management information system
- Participation in budgeting, forecasting, and further development of HR controlling
- Support in the further development of cost and performance accounting according to REKOLE®
Your Profile
- Relevant training in finance (university/FH or certified expert) with further education in controlling
- Experience in healthcare, preferably in an acute hospital
- High IT affinity and knowledge of common industry software applications are advantageous
- Analytical thinking and strong communication skills in dealing with various professional groups
