- you actively acquire new business clients in the Basel region and enthuse them about our job platform
- you look after and develop existing client relationships and build long-term partnerships
- you recognise your clients' needs and advise them on suitable solutions regarding their recruitment
- you purposefully use the opportunities of our other job platforms and media offerings to provide your clients with additional value
- you independently develop your market and contribute your experience and ideas to the further development of our offerings
- you represent jobbasel.ch at client events and regional occasions
- you organise your sales activities independently and take on the associated quotation and order processing
You will succeed here if
- you are a salesperson by conviction, enjoy acquiring new business clients and take pleasure in closing deals
- you bring sales experience, ideally in field sales or the B2B environment
- you approach people openly, listen attentively and recognise business opportunities as well as client needs
- you work independently and goal-oriented, pursuing your sales targets with perseverance
- you are interested in digital products as well as developments in the media and job market
- you convince with communication skills, negotiation ability and a strong customer focus and ideally already have a network in the Basel region
- you have very good German language skills and a category B driving licence
