Executive Assistant (100%)
As an Executive Assistant, you support the management in strategic, organizational, and operational areas and take on tasks in finance, HR, and administration.
Your Tasks
- Support of management in daily business as well as in strategic and operational matters
- Active participation in HR topics (e.g., application processes, contract preparation, onboarding/offboarding, payroll accounting)
- Targeted support in financial processes such as budgeting, controlling, and monthly and annual financial statements
- Active involvement in optimizing and further developing internal processes and structures, especially in file management and the implementation of new tools and systems
- Preparation and implementation of documents, presentations, analyses, and reports
- Responsible for organizing, preparing, and following up on meetings
- Office management and support for internal and external events
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training or studies in a relevant field
- Professional experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable position
- Initial work experience in finance and HR is an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and ERP systems
- German as a native language and fluent English skills are required
- Trustworthy person with very strong organizational and communication skills
- You have a strong affinity for numbers
- Precise, independent, professional, and solution-oriented working style
- Enjoyment of cross-departmental work
- Driver's license category B
