Would you like to join our finance team as a Finance Clerk and write Swiss cycling history together with the entire Thömus family?
Your tasks – You make a difference:
• You support accounts receivable: handling customer emails, dunning runs, payment reconciliations and administrative accounts receivable tasks
• You process cash register accounts and ensure that all cash register data is correctly documented and reconciled
• You process credit card statements and take care of their posting
• You assist us with various reconciliation and control tasks
• You support statistical evaluations, reporting and year-end closing tasks
• You assist the finance team with all accounting and administrative tasks (answering the phone, responding to emails, etc.)
Your profile – what you bring:
• You have completed commercial training and have in-depth professional experience in finance and accounting
• You enjoy what you do, think positively and want to continuously develop yourself
• You act in a networked way, work in a structured and solution-oriented manner
• You are resilient and enjoy working in an exciting and dynamic environment
• You have high quality standards for your own work and are IT-savvy
• You are communicative and have a confident command of German
