What you will do with us
- You operate the store according to clear guidelines and ensure a first-class customer experience.
- You achieve the defined sales and cost targets and always keep personnel costs and depreciation in view.
- You take on the personnel and professional leadership, motivate your team and promote its further development, including recruiting new employees.
- You exemplify excellent service, inspire both local and international customers, and actively sell.
- You recognize optimization potentials and independently implement improvements.
When you fit with us
- Completed training as a retail specialist EFZ or comparable qualification; other basic training is also possible with relevant practical experience in personal customer contact.
- At least 2–3 years of leadership experience in retail or comparable customer-oriented areas. Experience with HACCP is an advantage.
- Strong customer orientation and a strong sales personality.
- Flexible in scheduling, including weekends, as well as team-oriented, committed, and open.
- Passion for premium chocolate, attention to detail, well-groomed appearance, and a proactive, friendly manner.
- Fluent German skills and good English skills; additional languages are a plus.
