As a staff unit of the CPO, you will drive the establishment and further development of a modern product organisation. Without disciplinary leadership responsibility, you act as an enabler.

Your tasks

• Responsible for establishing clear roles and promoting a user-centred and results-oriented way of working.
• Introduction of modern product management frameworks. Managing success based on clearly defined economic KPIs and outcome-based metrics (e.g. OKRs).
• Responsibility for introducing a company-wide platform mindset. Ensuring seamless integration of new products and external partners.
• Continuous development and regular review of the product strategy. Ensuring alignment with the company vision while considering business aspects.

Your profile

• Experience in product management in a matrix environment or high-growth company.
• Academic degree in management, business, product or similar.
• Professional leadership experience in a software environment.
• Knowledge of modern product management methods and a pronounced entrepreneurial mindset.
• Quick comprehension, independent working style, and enthusiasm for delving into complex technological topics.
• Strong analytical skills and high KPI affinity. Strategic thinking and confident presence when dealing with stakeholders at various levels.
• Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written, ideally French.
