Logistics Transformation Specialist
Your mission:
You analyse organisations, develop innovative solutions, lead transformation projects and contribute to the modernisation of our processes and tools in order to sustainably improve the performance of our activities in service of staff and patients.
- Design and implement innovative logistics solutions
- Lead transformation projects within your scope
- Optimise logistics processes and promote their standardisation
- Ensure the functional governance of logistics tools
- Identify business needs and coordinate their implementation
- Define business indicators to evaluate process performance
- Ensure monitoring of the benefits of deployed solutions
- Conduct impact analyses, audits and improvement plans
- Maintain technological watch on innovations in hospital Supply Chain
Your profile:
As a visionary of the Supply Chain, you imagine, develop and deploy the logistics solutions that will evolve the HFR.
You are passionate about improving organisations and new technologies.
You enjoy understanding how processes work, analysing complex situations and proposing concrete solutions.
You have:
- Higher education (federal certificate, ES diploma, HES Bachelor or equivalent) in Supply Chain, logistics, business organisation, process management
- A recognised certification in continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) is a significant asset
- At least 5 years of experience in organisational transformation, continuous improvement, process optimisation or Supply Chain, ideally in a complex environment
- Proven experience in deploying organisational, digital or logistics solutions that have generated measurable improvements
- Strong interest in innovation and enjoyment in identifying, evaluating and implementing new technologies
- Good understanding of ERP systems and their business processes is an asset
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Initiative, autonomy and strong results orientation
- Human contact is a natural source of motivation, enabling you to unite stakeholders from different professions, lead working groups and support change
- Very good command of French, knowledge of German is an asset.
