About the job
Your main tasks are:
- Deputising and supporting the Facility Management
- Organisation, coordination and supervision of technical work
- Ensuring the flawless operation and maintenance of technical systems and infrastructure
- Planning and accompanying maintenance, repair and servicing work
- Coordination of external craftsmen and service providers
- Support with technical projects and optimisations
- Monitoring and compliance with safety, quality and legal requirements
- Participation in the planning and implementation of maintenance and investment measures
- Active involvement in the operational technical day-to-day business
You bring with you:
- Completed technical or craft basic training
- Several years of professional experience in technical maintenance or a comparable function
- Ideally first leadership experience or willingness to take on leadership responsibility
- Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Technical understanding and strong sense of responsibility
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Willingness to be on call or to work outside regular hours
- Good German language skills orally and in writing
- Reliable, team player, flexible and independent
- Enjoyment in working with elderly people
- Additionally, you hold a category B driving licence
