Overview
As a receptionist, you are the first point of contact for visitors, employees and external partners. You ensure a smooth process at the reception and take on administrative as well as coordinative tasks. In doing so, you contribute to the professional appearance of our location in Winterthur.
Your tasks:
- Professional reception and care of visitors as well as representation of the company as the first contact person
- Management of access and company badges including documentation and follow-up
- Handling and forwarding of enquiries via telephone, MS Teams and e-mail
- Organisation and coordination of meeting rooms (reservation, catering, IT setup)
- Processing of mail and parcel traffic as well as administrative tasks in the reception area
- Support in onboarding and offboarding in cooperation with HR/Facilities
- Coordination of facility matters (e.g. parking spaces, Wi-Fi, external service providers)
- Ensuring a professional appearance of the reception and meeting areas
- Support in emergencies according to guidelines as well as participation in continuous improvements
Your profile:
- Experience in reception, front office or an administrative function
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
- Strong service and customer orientation as well as professional demeanour
- Reliable, structured and independent working style – also in hectic situations
- Good organisational skills and high prioritisation competence
- Confident handling of MS Office (Outlook, Word and basic Excel)
- Team-oriented personality with clear communication
- Openness to digital tools and new ways of working
