Network electricians at Arnold AG build and maintain systems for the transport of electrical energy. You can expect a varied working day full of challenges in well-coordinated teams that will actively support you during your three-year apprenticeship with us.

Your tasks

As a specialist for all work on the power grid, you are responsible for the construction and maintenance of cable and overhead lines, switching and transformer stations, distribution cabinets, house connection boxes, as well as public lighting. Whether in the city or the countryside, you are outdoors daily and active in all seasons.
To minimise risks in your challenging work, you will learn the safe handling of tools and machines, either in courses or on the job.
Whether in the cable trench or on the overhead line masts: as a network electrician, you work exclusively in a team. Good cooperation and mutual trust are essential.

Do you already have an electrical engineering qualification? With us, you can also complete a second apprenticeship as a Network Electrician EFZ.

• You have completed secondary or middle school with good mathematical skills
• You have a good technical understanding
• You enjoy and take pleasure in manual work
• You have no colour vision deficiency and no fear of heights
• You are reliable and enjoy working in a team
