Desired profile

• The Judicial Council is looking for two persons holding a lawyer's certificate, licence or master’s degree in law, able to participate in decision-making by circulation and to draft draft rulings, available to attend court sessions and possessing sufficient practical knowledge for the role. Preference will be given to persons with solid experience in civil and/or criminal law
• Profile for position 1: Fluency in French with good knowledge of German
• Profile for position 2: Fluency in German with good knowledge of French
• Active citizenship at the cantonal level. Foreign nationals must hold a settlement permit and have been domiciled in the canton for at least five years. Candidates must not be subject to bankruptcy proceedings, nor have been criminally convicted for acts incompatible with the role
